Rebate Booking Process

Please follow this exact procedure to ensure that your booking is made under the terms needed for us to pay your rebate.

    1)   Click to Select & Book your preferred Vehicle

         You must do this in one step to ensure your contract has a "MAC" prefix

    2)   IF YOU do any other research or get distracted, click the link again before making payment for the hire.

    3)   On receipt of your car hire email confirmation:

    4)   Ensure the booking/contract number has a "MAC" prefix.

    5)   Forward the email to us at rebates@macoles.com

    6)   Keep the paper copy of your contract in case we (unusually) need it for verification of completed contract.

Once hire is complete & we receive verification the contract was completed, we will arrange for the stated rebate to be made.

REBATES APPLY TO ANY vehicle you book on the site, (the rebate increases with cost) so you have FULL FLEXIBILITY
