Castle Rock - Disabled facilities

An idyllic tranquil location nestling between Saline Bay and Port Soif. The beaches are just 100 metres away. The convenience of local shopping at Cobo just half a mile away. The local butcher has a unique selection of local produce. This area of the island is ideal for walking and cycling as the terrain is mainly flat. The original building was built as a school by Lord De Saumarez around 1895. Latterly it became a hotel and  in turn  self catering. The expansion comprises of purpose built apartments incorporating play field, outdoor seating and indoor pool. This is a great Guernsey self catering location which is graded 4 Star.

3 Bedroom Disabled Facilities Apartment - Maximum 4 adults/children plus 1 infant.
Ground floor: Lounge-kitchen-diner. 1 Double bedroom. 2 Single bedrooms
Wet room style shower room with wc. Bathroom & wc (which is not wheelchair accessible).
Grab rails provided in shower room, wide doors, ramp access. Additional televisions in all bedrooms.

Amenities

Games Room. Additional television in master bedrooms. First floor apartments have velux windows and sloping ceilings.  Cot charge applies.  Pool open from Easter to end October only.  As with all establishments with multiple apartments, images are examples of the type and style of apartment as there may be layout differences between the example and the apartment allocated.  1 Bedroom apartments are mainly housed in the original schoolhouse, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments are all in the newer building.
