The  property has retained many original features including the well which sits outside the front of the cottage. To the rear is an open garden area and parking spaces.  The cottage is in a country & coastal location surrounded by farmland and residential properties.  Beauport beach is a short walk and offers an unspoilt beach surrounded with natural beauty. In the oposite direction is St Brelade's bay offering a choice of restaurants, bars and beach activities.
