Kings Cottage - 2 Bedrooms

A fantastic top quality cottage nestling in the beautiful country lanes of St Brelade.   The spacious converted barn offers a unique detached environment with stunning features which include a vaulted ceiling in the living area.  The original farm and outbuildings date back to 1616, however, the cottage is modern and well equipped.  The garden and patio for sole use overlooks farmland and makes alfresco eating a joy and there is ample parking. 

The surrounding residential and farming area has changed little from years gone by which makes this a delightful holiday location offering lots of natural beauty.  A short drive or 15 minute stroll takes you to the beach and village area of St Aubin with its array of quaint restaurants, bars and shops.  There is an abundance of country walks in the immediate vicinity. A unique self catering cottage where you can 'live like a local' and make the most of this modern and high standard holiday experience.

Stairs to level 2 ground floor: 1 Double bedroom plus double sofa bed and en suite shower room. 
1 Double bedroom with extra bed (suitable for a small child) and en suite shower room.

In low season short breaks for a minimum of 4 nights may be allowed, however, the maximum occupancy for short breaks is 4 persons.
