A seaside location with a choice of great eateries within walking distance. The nearby victorian lido offers salt water swimming whatever the tide. The convenience of St Helier town centre is a short walk away. This fishermans cottage is steeped in history dating back to 1740, long before the boom in ship building took place in the area (1842-1879) and when the simplicity of fishing was cruicial to many islander's daily survival. During the victorian era the Havres des Pas area became a popular tourist area with noted figures such as Victor Hugo, the composer Delius and Lawrence of Arabia staying at different times. The area now is primarily residential with a secondary tourist based influence - its a delightful area of St Helier with the advantage that the cottage adjoins beautiful gardens which overlook the Greve D'azette coastline.
The cottage has been sensitively restored to provide high standard holiday accommodation. We do not consider the cottage is suitable for children under 5 years.
