Beautiful L Eree Bay is a short stroll leading to coastal walks covering the whole of the south and west coasts.  Nearby there is a hotel with bar serving bar meals and a tea room which served home made cake, breakfasts, lunches and sells newspapers.  The apartments are set in 3 acres of gardens featuring fun leisure facilities.  There is an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court (specifically for fun games rather than serious tennis), giant chess set, fun putting green and the pool and garden facilities.   The property backs on to natural open ground and you see lots of birds and wild life including rabbits.  This is a good base to use to explore the island.
