THE DELIGHTFUL SETTING  of a livery stables of 11 acres in St Peter adds to the appeal of this farm style property.  The elevated position provides views across the countryside to the sea together with  a peaceful green valley to the rear of the property adds to the general ambience.

There are many country walks along the lanes and paths around the vicinity.  L'Eree bay is is approximately 10 minutes walk away through beautiful lanes.  A choice of other wondeful beaches are under 10 minutes drive.  The village is 5 minutes drive where there is a small supermarket, bank, post office, hairdressers and dry cleaners.

The owners are true animal lovers and have two Golden Guernsey goats, 3 dogs and also two cats along with horses.  Guests pets are accepted in Mirus Cottage or The Wing only.  All in all a great holiday location in a unique setting.

Cobo - 1 Bedroom Apartment - Maximum 2 adults, 2 children or 2 adults, 1 child, 1 infant.
Ground floor: Lounge-kitchen-diner plus sofa bed.
First floor: 1 Double/twin bedroom plus folding bed or cot. Bathroom.

Hairdryer. Children welcome. Infants accommodated free, otherwise nominal charge of 50 pounds per person per week if 5 persons are accommodated in a 2 bedroom.  Pay phone available. Pets accepted in Mirus Cottage & The Wing at this establishment (not this apartment type).
