Occasional evening events are also run.  Free access to the amazing grounds include Japanese, shade and water, hot, herb and rose and lavender gardens and are a sheer delight to roam.  In the surrounding fields and outbuildings you will find Jacob sheep, donkeys, Kim the mule, Percy the cart horse and the ponies Merlin & Max.

The cottages and apartments are located within the courtyard and museum area.  Each property is unique with its own charm and character.
