A FAVOURITE with our clients due to its easy access to St Helier’s main shops and the beach at Havre Des Pas. A choice of restaurants and bars along with the Victorian Bathing pool are a short stroll, along with the bus station with services to locations throughout the island. If you want to pamper yourself you can use the nearby Spa Hotel with exclusive treatments on offer together with a Michelin star restaurant. These budget apartments offer an unfurnished shared patio and communal laundry facilities.

All apartments involve steps therefore this property is not suitable for persons with mobility difficulties.

Shared laundry facilities. Hair dryer. Cot linen provided. Limited parking available at additional cost, must be pre-booked. Accommodation is not suitable for persons with mobility difficulties. A small dog accepted by prior arrangement at a charge of £9 per day.  Access to the ground floor level of the building involves a flight of external steps. Most apartments have a restricted outlook and no view.
